Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination, selected shipping method, and current carrier rates.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by third-party shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

CROWN ATHLETICA utilizes reputable third-party shipping providers to deliver orders. While we work diligently to ensure timely fulfillment, we do not control carrier operations, transportation delays, weather disruptions, labor issues, customs processing, or other events that may impact delivery schedules.

As a result, CROWN ATHLETICA is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery exceptions caused by third-party shipping providers once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Order Changes & Shipping Adjustments

CROWN ATHLETICA reserves the right to modify shipping methods, carriers, fulfillment locations, packaging, or other shipping-related parameters after an order has been placed when necessary to:

  • Improve delivery speed

  • Address inventory availability

  • Accommodate carrier service interruptions

  • Resolve logistical constraints

  • Respond to real-time operational conditions

These adjustments will not materially alter the products ordered and are made solely to facilitate successful order fulfillment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. CROWN ATHLETICA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to update the order before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in pursuing a resolution.
